Downloading Google Docs as Word or PDF
Faculty may require that you submit your assignments in Word or PDF format. To do this, please refer to the following steps to download your Google Docs (including Scarlet Docs) file. Once you have saved the submission in either of these formats, proceed to the submission process through an Assignment, a Discussion Board post, or other submission method.
From the File menu, select Download and then either Microsoft Word (.docx) or PDF Document (.pdf).
In Chrome, your files are downloaded to your default location (e.g. Downloads folder) and will be listed at the bottom right of your window.
In Firefox, you will be prompted to save your file to your default location (e.g. Downloads folder). They will then be listed at the top right of your window.
