At Rutgers University-Newark, we are committed to fostering an environment that is safe and secure and free from sexual and gender-based discrimination and harassment, sexual violence, dating and domestic violence, stalking and other related misconduct. The University is required to comply with Title IX of the Higher Education Amendments of 1972, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in education programs and activities. Similarly, the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013 (VAWA) requires prompt, fair and impartial investigation and resolution of allegations of sexual assault, stalking, dating violence and domestic violence. Rutgers University recognizes its responsibility to increase awareness of such misconduct, prevent its occurrence, support victims, deal fairly and firmly with offenders, and diligently investigate reports of misconduct.
Login at http://blackboard.rutgers.edu by clicking the Rutgers NetID Login button.
Enter your Rutgers NetID and password and then click the Login button.
From the My Organizations Plus module, click on the appropriate Not Anymore link.
Click on the link to launch the Not Anymore module.
A new window will open, prompting you to select your Home State and click the Create Account button.
Acknowledge the Privacy Statement and Accept or Decline the Consent for Research options. You are not required to participate in the research in order to complete the module. Click the Continue button at the bottom right.
Acknowledge the Prohibition Statement and click the Continue button at the bottom right.
Indicate your gender and status.
Complete your profile information and click the Continue button at the bottom right.
Select your subtitle language if desired and click the Play button.
You can view your progress by clicking on the Home button and use the Continue button to complete the module at another time.
At times, you may see Trigger Warnings, click anywhere in the window or press the "P" key on your keyboard to continue.
Throughout the module, you will need to acknowledge statements or definitions and then click the Continue at the bottom right.
Once you have completed the entire module, a Complete message will be displayed and you can click the Certificate of Completion to download a copy for your reference. Your grade will not be registered in Blackboard immediately but will be updated regularly.
